Welcome to NOCO Kakes! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our products and services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Ordering Process

Orders can be placed through our website, Facebook messenger, text, or email.

Orders are subject to availability, and we recommend placing orders in advance.

Custom orders may require a consultation and additional lead time.
Payment

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement.

The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery.

We accept Venmo, Credit/debit cards, cash.

Prices are non-negotiable and subject to change without notice.
Cancellations and Refunds

Either party may cancel the order with written notice. The down payment is non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup date may be subject to a cancellation fee of $40.

Last minute cancellation within 24 hours may be subject to the full order amount.
Changes to Order

Changes to orders (flavor, design, etc.) must be requested 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Changes must be made in writing and approved by both parties
Delivery

Delivery is available within 15 miles for an additional fee.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

We are not responsible for delays or issues beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.
Pickup

Customers must pick up orders at the agreed-upon time and location.

Once the cake is picked up, any damages, deterioration, or issues that occur are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We advise customers to handle and transport the cake with care to ensure its integrity upon reaching its final destination.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order.

While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our products.
Quality Assurance

We strive to provide high-quality products, but variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our items.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, it is imperative to contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Failure to contact us within the specified time frame will negate the ability to dispute any charges related to the order.

We appreciate your prompt communication, as it allows us to address and resolve any concerns in timely manner.
