How do I place an order for a custom cake?

To order a custom cake, head to our "Contact Us" page, fill out the form with your event details and design preferences. We'll promptly get back to you to discuss the details and provide a personalized quote. Upon finalizing the details and agreeing on the price, we will provide you with a booking confirmation. Please keep in mind that our cakes are made to order, and advanced booking is recommended to secure your spot on our schedule.

What flavors and fillings do you offer?

We offer a diverse range of flavors, fillings, and frostings. Explore our menu for classic options and inquire about specialty flavors. Let us know about any dietary restrictions or specific preferences, and we'll tailor a delicious combination to suit your taste.

How much do your cakes cost?

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least two to four weeks in advance, especially for custom and elaborate designs. Contact us for our availability for last-minute orders, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you deliver, and what are the associated costs?

Yes, we offer delivery services, with costs based on distance and order complexity. Pickup options are also available for your convenience.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Changes can be accommodated within a reasonable timeframe before the baking process begins. Reach out to us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to make adjustments.

Do you offer cake tastings?

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within a certain timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee. Either party may cancel the order with written notice. The down payment is non-refundable.

What are your payment terms for cake orders?

We offer flexible payment options to make the process convenient for you. Upon booking, a down payment is due to secure your order. We accept Venmo, credit/debit cards, as well as cash. The final balance is then due at the time of pickup or delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to ensure a smooth and delightful experience from order to enjoyment.
